How it works

Process walk	90 minutes, on site or on Teams. We follow one real job from enquiry to order and write down where the hours go.	Show us the job and the files it runs on.
Fixed-price quote	Within 48 hours. One tool, one price, with your three acceptance tests written in.	Write the three tests the tool has to pass.
Build	Two to four weeks, on your own Microsoft 365 and files.	Answer questions and try it as it grows.
Handover	A short pack your own IT provider could maintain the tool from, and 90 days of fixes.	Run your three tests.

The terms

One fixed price, agreed before we start. No day rates and no assessment fee.
Half on order, half when it passes your tests. You write the three tests; the tool has to pass them.
You own the tool and the code. It runs on your Microsoft 365 and files, and there is no platform to rent.
A support plan is optional. You get 90 days of fixes. After that, take Care if you want it, or buy any change as a fixed price, agreed before we do it.
Bigger than one tool? Then we suggest a two to three week assessment first, and say why.
